The RAR model
The core principle of our research that we seek independent verification of your agencies. This year the RAR quantitative research method will use an online based process for agencies and clients, removing the need for postal or fax response. We're also using other methods to generate insight, so there are three main strands to our research process but all focused on independently verifying your agency.


RAR research
This is the process that you can choose to participate in. To take part, all you have to do is complete our questionnaire and provide us with up to 10 of your clients' details. We then send them a questionnaire so they can rate your agency – confidentially of course. Register your interest to be included in the next round of research by emailing RAR here. (RAR research is carried out in accordance with MRS guidelines and audited by Market Research UK. All submissions are treated confidentially.)


Performance analysis
Through our partnership with the Carnyx Group, we monitor agency performance in awards, league tables, new business wins and key staff changes. If you do well, we'll know about it – and we may contact you to be part of the RAR.


Ear-to-the-ground research
If we hear good things about you, we may contact your agency to do some qualitative research on a one-to-one basis. If we can verify your agency, we may include you in our Register.
